Hummingbirds are amazing creatures, marvels of both beauty and physics. With the Humming Along set, you’ll be able to incorporate a little or their beauty into your paper crafting. This set contains multi-step hummingbirds in two different sizes, as well as a few of their favorite flowers — fuchsias and petunias. The sentiments, done in a gorgeous contemporary script font, offer some unique sayings that coordinate perfectly with the hummingbird theme and span several different occasions.

Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
My first project uses the stunning floral images from Humming Along to frame the new Big Basics: Just For You die.
The florals are stamped in shades of Blueberry Sky and Dark Indigo, while the leaves are added in Prairie Grass with Olive Twit accents. Adhesive pearls highlight the center.

The hummingbird images you can build using the new Humming Away set are so detailed and so stunning, you will want to add them to every project.
To keep things simple, I watercolored using the same ink colors used in the stamped bird to create a backdrop for the stamped sentiment. This particular one included with the set is one of my favorites.

The Beautiful Berries: Summer set is definitely one to add to your collection. You will see these gorgeous, plump fruits come to life before your very eyes as you begin to layer ink colors and images.
Here I combined them with the new die-cut sentiment from Ways to Say: Hello.
The delicate leaf veining paired with the realistic shadows on the berries make this is a must-have!

There is just something so nostalgic about berries and gingham paired together, so I simply had to create a card using the two.
The berries were die-cut and added to the point of a mat layer cut with the new To the Point Edgers dies.
A sweet sentiment is added to a small banner and tucked nicely into the stem and leaves of the berry sprig.

The arrangement of three floral clusters is the perfect thing to hep draw attention to both the humming bird and sentiment. The kraft card base does a lovely job of toning all of the bright pinks down a notch for a more subdued presentation.

Combining three clusters of berries in different colors is a genius idea and closely mimics how you might sees thing in nature. The added shading to the solid leaves by inking in two colors is effective and adds so much definition.
