The whole world is in bloom! Create adorable potted bouquets using the stamps, stencils, and dies from the Bloom & Grow kit. To create colorful bouquets, sponge ink over the shaped 3-step stencils, then add details galore using the stamps from the kit. The shape of the stencils coordinates with the bouquet die, making for easy and precise placement every time! Tuck a bouquet into the sweet little clay pot, which can be dressed up with the included detail dies. There is space at the bottom of the bouquet where any of the included sentiments can be stamped, making for fun, interactive cards and tags.

Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
My first project uses the irresistible new Bloom & Grow mini kit. It was such a joy to create this, and I think that will come through to the recipient as well.
I started by creating the main bouquet with the stencils, then adding the stamped details to finish it. Betsy has really thought of every detail.
I cut one of the frames from Mix & Mat: Flourishes directly into my white card base, then cut a block of New Leaf cardstock to fit within it. This was the perfect way to add a sentiment.
The bouquet pulls out of the pot to reveal a special sentiment, You can also fit a dollar bill in the opening when folded into thirds.
- STAMPS: Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow (available March 15th)
- INK: Green Parakeet, New Leaf, Bright Buttercup, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest, Canyon Clay, Berry Sorbet, Pure Poppy, Spring Rain, Blueberry Sky, Dark Indigo, True Black
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Spring Rain, Dark Indigo, New Leaf
- DIES: Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow dies
- OTHER: Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow stencils, Mix & Mat: Flourishes die, make-up sponges, glossy accents
Talk about easy cards, this cover plate really does all the work for you! By simply creating a vibrant watercolored background and then adding the cover plate on top, my card was nearly done!
The style of this Ways to Say: Thank You word die is the perfect complement to this cover plate.
This cover plate is slightly smaller than an A2 so you get a little of that white border around the edge.
- PAPER: Raspberry Fizz, watercolor paper, gold foil sheet
- DIES: Cover Plate: Butterfly Hope die, Ways to Say: Thank You die
- OTHER: Zig Clean Color Brush Markers, water pen
I thought it was time to play with some pastel colors with my next Butterfly Hope card.
This sentiment truly speaks to my heart and would be so meaningful to any recipient. I stamped it in a darker color over the butterflies so I didn't have to add another layer.
The design of these butterfly elements is so fabulously executed, it make you feel as though you are an artist when stamping with them. I discovered that the flower centers from Courage & Kindness are a great complement to this set and used them to accent around the butterflies.
- STAMPS: Butterfly Hope (available March 15th)
- INK: Melon Berry, Harvest Gold, Sweet Blush, Honey Nut
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Sweet Blush
- OTHER: Prisma Glitter, twine
Kay's new Flower Mandalas dies are so incredibly amazing. As soon as you start using them, there is a whole new world of crafting possibilities that opens up to you.
After playing around with different ways to layer with the colors I settled on this. I got inspired by some of the felt stitching projects I have seen on Pinterest and added similar details with a white gel pen.
This sentiment from Courage & Kindness was heat embossed onto a strip just to the side of the mandala.
- STAMPS: Courage & Kindness (available March 15th)
- INK: VersaMark
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Soft Stone, Autumn Rose, Lovely Lady, Winter Wisteria, Plum Pudding
- DIES: Flower Mandalas 1 dies, White Filigree Embossing Powder, white gel pen
For my last project I thought it would be fun to do something totally different with the mandalas. So I decided to impress the dies into watercolor paper and play around with my Zig Clean Color markers.
The results are bright, vibrant and stylish. It's like having an adult coloring book, but with impressed lines instead of black lines. So fun and therapeutic!
The sentiment was heat embossed onto a strip of vellum cardstock to give it definition, but let the mandala shine through.
- STAMPS: Ways to Say: Thank You (available March 15th)
- INK: VersaMark
- PAPER: Hawaiian Shores, watercolor paper, Vellum Cardstock
- DIES: Flower Mandalas 1 dies
- OTHER: Zig Clean Color Brush Markers, white gel pen, White Filigree Embossing Powder
Wanda Guess is joining me today, featuring the Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow. Be sure to stop by her blog to see more from her!
Wanda perfectly executed this simple and straight forward card. The small vellum strip over the patterned paper adds such a nice finishing touch. I love the way the Baker's Twine brings out the orange hues in the flowers, and of course you can't go wrong with the addition of a few well places pearls.

- INK: True Black
- PAPER: Classic Kraft, Vellum Cardstock, Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow
- DIES: Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow
- OTHER: adhesive pearls, baker's twine
I love the idea of using this kit for table decor! You could take it to another level and have coordinating invitations and possibly favors as well. Along the same lines, you could create a mini gift enclosure or tag by using the pot as a card base as Wanda did here.

- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Make It Market Mini Kit: Bloom & Grow

Michelle Leone is joining me today, featuring Butterfly Hope along with the coordinating Cover Plate: Butterfly Hope die. Be sure to stop by her blog to see more projects and details from her!
The black and white contract is so striking with the Butterfly Hope stamp set. The dots created with the Mix & Mat: Flourishes die echoes the dots found in the pattern of the butterflies. Cutting a window for just the center butterfly adds so much depth and character to the card overall.
- StAMPS: Butterfly Hope
- DIES: Butterfly Hope single die, Mix & Mat: Flourishes
- INKS: PTI Hawaiian Shores, Raspberry Fizz, Summer Sunrise, Versafine-Onyx Black
- PAPER: PTI Stamper’s Select White, True Black
- OTHER: Nuvo Crystal Drops: Ebony Black, Spritz (Target) B/W twine
The simple monochromatic color scheme and soft sponging touches give this card a special feel. The transparency of the colors is a nice companion for the vellum and the outlined version on the butterflies looks beautiful when heat embossed.
- STAMPS Butterfly Hope, Keep It Simple: Friendship
- DIES: PTI Wet Paint Cuts Die Collection, SSS Stitched Circles
- INKS: PTI Smokey Shadow, Versafine Watermark Stamp Pad
- PAPER: PTI Hawaiian Shores, Bazzill Robins Egg, Strathmore Bristol, PTI Sheer Basics (small polka dot)

This card design provides a wonderful way to use your favorite patterned papers. I love the way Michelle stuck with a single pattern, but created contrast by overlaying a sheet of vellum. The small tag tied to the top is a great way to add a sentiment without covering up any of the cover plate details.
