Spring is a time when nature comes back to life in so many beautiful ways! These multi-step berries are ready to burst into bloom on your creations. Stamp them in soft colors to conjure images of spring, or use bold colors or even earth tones for year-round applications. Berries work wonderfully for both masculine or feminine cards, depending on your color choices. These berries would also be beautiful combined with your favorite floral set to create pretty bouquets and clusters.

Easily create gorgeous boutique style monograms, name frames and more with these simple to use botanical accented letters. Each of the letters has a "blank space" built in to the image to easily add the coordinating multi-step botanical sprig in multiple colors. There is a pre-assembled sprig as well in case you want a quick and easy single impression option. Fun accents like an ampersand, brackets and over/under stripes make it extra versatile.

The sentiments cover many different occasions and recipients, from babies to brides, new neighbors, and even those loved ones about to take flight for new adventures. Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
Betsy's new Nesting set features beautifully detailed images that really make a project special.
This sentiment included in the set is one of my favorites and is perfect for a dear friend. I love it when Betsy comes up with unique sentiments such as this.
The two-step egg image is perhaps one my favorite details, the little speckles simply had me at hello!
The curve in the smaller branch included in the Cover Plate: Nesting frame has the perfect curve to it to hold the nest.
- STAMPS: Nesting (available March 15th)
- INK: Fine Linen, Aqua Mist, Ocean Tides, Harvest Gold, Saffron Spice, Prairie Grass, Olive Twist, VersaMark, Fresh Snow
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Prairie Grass, Classic Kraft, Aqua Mist
- DIES: Nesting dies, Cover Plate: Nesting die, Fun Frames die
- OTHER: White Filigree Embossing Powder
I have another sweet bird card, this time paired up with the new fabulous Metal Woodgrain Stencil.
This metal stencil makes the absolute BEST embossing paste backgrounds. Since the stencil is thicker and sturdier than a standard plastic stencil, the effect is much more defined not to mention easier to create.
I mixed two colors of embossing paste here with Classic Kraft & Ocean Tides ink refills. I like to use our coasters to mix my paste and then apply them with popsicle sticks so everything is disposable and there is less of a mess to clean up. The stencil is really easy to rinse off when done because of its sturdiness.
The delicate branch has so much detail, the veining in the leaves is truly amazing!
- STAMPS: Nesting, Courage & Kindness (available March 15th)
- INK: Aqua Mist, Ocean Tides, Cocoa Bean, Classic Kraft reinker, Ocean Tides reinker
- PAPER: Vintage Cream, Classic Kraft, Vellum Cardstock
- DIES: Cover Plate: Nesting dies, Nesting dies, Metal Woodgrain Stencil
- OTHER: Embossing Paste, Popsicle sticks, white gel pen, glossy accents
Have you heard of faux bois before? It is something that goes in and out of style all the time, especially in home decor. And it is the act of creating a faux woodgrain look. When pairing the new Metal Woodgrain Stencil up with Perfect Pearls, this is the exact kind of look you get, which is very on trend.
I pressed my VersaMark pad directly through the stencil onto Lilac Grace cardstock. Since the pad is soft and foamy, this is really easy to do. Once done, I applied Perfect Pearls with a soft brush, removing the excess with a Swiffer dry cloth. A little misting of hairspray helps to set everything in place.
I used the Botanical Letters to add a monogram. The base of the letter is heat embossed in silver, then the floral details are added in layered colors.
It has a beautiful sophisticated look, almost like something you might find in a boutique.
- STAMPS: Botanical Letters (available March 15th)
- INK: VersaMark, Ripe Avocado, Lilac Grace, Winter Wisteria, Amethyst Allure
- PAPER: Lilac Grace, Soft Stone
- OTHER: Metal Woodgrain Stencil, Perfect Pearls (perfect pearl), soft brush, Swiffer dry cloth, silver filigree embossing powder, silver paint pen
Botanical Letters don't have to be reserved for monograms, they also work well for shorter words like "Joy".
This sentiment from the previously released Banner Style was a perfect complement.
The detail in the floral sprigs for the letters is really unique and can allow you to add so much color and personality. With the space already made in the letter base to add the sprigs, things come together quite quickly.
A little black & white baker's twine helps to add balance to the black sentiment that was added under the letters.
- STAMPS: Botanical Letters (available March 15th), Banner Style
- INK: Tropical Teal, Berry Sorbet, Pure Poppy, Simply Chartreuse, True Black
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Tropical Teal
- OTHER: Black & White Baker's Twine
Beautiful Berries: Spring is another fabulous set we are introducing today. You can go subtle with pastels or bold and bright like I did with this card.
I heat embossed the branches onto watercolor paper using white embossing powder first, then added my stamped images.
The added dimension by going back in with Zig's with darker colors for shading is so easy to do, but really adds to much more to the images.
- STAMPS: Beautiful Berries: Spring, Cutaway Tags: Spring (available March 15th)
- INK: Simply Chartreuse, Raspberry Fizz, VersaMark, True Black
- PAPER: Raspberry Fizz, watercolor paper
- DIES: Beautiful Berries: Spring die
- OTHER: ZIG Clean Color Brush Markers, water pen, White Filigree Embossing Powder
Pretty pastels make this set take on a whole new life, perfect for spring.
I stamped the sentiment first and then added the branches to frame that.
To add a little texture, I roughed up the edge of the white stamped layer with my fingernails.
- STAMPS: Beautiful Berries: Spring (available March 15th)
- INK: Ripe Avocado, Simply Chartreuse, Lilac Grace, Winter Wisteria, True Black
- PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Lilac Grace
- OTHER: Glossy Accents, clear sequins

Laurie Schmidlin is joining me today, featuring Botanical Letters and Beautiful Berries: Spring!
The Beautiful Berries: Spring images don't have to be reserved for focal points. Laurie created an entire background here that is just fabulous. The extra vellum layer softens it and helps draw your eye towards the center focal point.

- PAPER: White, Stamper’s Select Vellum
- INK: Pale Peony, Raspberry Fizz, Mint Julep, Fine Linen, Versamark

The bold black frame Laurie used here to frame her monogram helps to make a small focal image take center stage. All of the stitching details are the perfect complement to all of the elements she pulled together.
