Today we are excited to present the BIG monthly Blog Hop that Papertrey Ink hosts for all of its talented customers to show off their skills! The Blog Hop is an ALL DAY EVENT! And don't worry if you didn't get a chance to make a project and play along, there is a contest for non-participants as well over in our forum in the designated thread. A day dedicated to seeking inspiration through projects utilizing Papertrey Ink products. This event allows all of our customers who enjoy sharing inspiration & artwork with their peers do so through their personal blogs.

One of the things I love about the photo above is that it can be interpreted in so many ways. Note the quatrefoil pattern on the rug, the subtle triangles on the walls, the ikat on the curtains. I'm in love with the Soft Stone, Berry Sorbet/Melon Berry, Aqua Mist with a pop of Blueberry Sky color combination. Take all of these things or pick one attribute to focus on and create a beautiful card for a friend. Enjoy the creative process and have fun!

Super Stick Chick created this beauty based on the inspiration photo. I love the depth of color she was able to achieve with the coloring of her floral elements. And a lovely composition to boot!
Katherine made a project with a quatrefoil background, similar to the one in the inspiration photo. The way she added definition to the sentiments with a bit of watercoloring was really clever. The floral mat layer she stamped is beautiful too!
Barb Kirkwood used the color scheme from the inspiration photo as her main focus and I love how it turned it. The stenciled background subtly echoes the diamond pattern on the walls in the living room showcased. Just fabulous!
