Today we are excited to present the BIG monthly Blog Hop that Papertrey Ink hosts for all of its talented customers to show off their skills! The Blog Hop is an ALL DAY EVENT! An Inlinkz list is posted below and you can add your link anytime up until 11:30pm ET. And don't worry if you didn't get a chance to make a project and play along, there is a contest for non-participants as well over in our forum in the designated thread. I love the way Sarah layered the gray text over the watercolored images here, and I thought how lovely the same design principles would look applied to a card! Replace the popsicles with butterflies, florals, hearts, stars or anything else you dream up. Pick one of the color palettes to base your entire card on, or try using all of them! Look for big sentiments that featured a mix of serif and script. Really experiment and have fun stepping out of your comfort zone!

A.Pearcy created a simple card that is high on style. The yellow and blue combination is fresh and fun. The clever arrangement of birds perfectly balances the sentiment.
Wanda Guess used this year's anniversary set Painted Petals to create her stunning card. The splatters added around the focal point bouquet are a great way to add balance and style.
Karen B. made this watercolored beauty. Loving how she stamped the images in gray and kept the colors to pastels, which really carries through the theme from the original inspiration picture.
