Enclosed: Wreath is the ninth in a monthly series of stamp sets designed to coordinate with a monthly set of dies that can be used on cards or in conjunction with the Enclosed: Basic Folded Tag Die, allowing you to make your own custom gift tags and card embellishments for a variety of recipients and gift-giving needs! Tucked In: Holiday is the ninth in a monthly series of stamp sets designed to give you options for sentiments to stamp on the inside of cards. Whether you don’t know what to write in your card, or you just love the professional, finished look of a stamped sentiment on the inside, the Tucked In series is just what you need to take the guess-work out of what to put in your cards! The Tucked In series focuses on sentiments for different occasions each month so you’ll want to be sure to collect them all!

After much anticipation, we are pleased to introduce a new color to our spectrum, Vintage Jadeite. It will be available in both paper and ink on October 15th. This is a pretty mint green color inspired by it's namesake, jadeite glassware. A wonderful addition to all of your upcoming holiday projects, as well as all year round!

We are also pleased to introduce new White Basics pattern packs. These include a few basic patterns printed in bright white with your favorite Papertrey colors on our famous white linen textured paper. With a large polka dot, bitty dot, thin stripe and diagonal stripe, you will have all of the basics covered and find yourself using them time and time again! We will not be releasing these in every color, just a few favorites along with new colors in the future.

Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
First up is a festive holiday card I made using the new Cup of Cheer set. It pairs up perfectly with the new Holiday Plaid paper pad!
I wanted to give the look of true vintage jadeite glassware, so I used the new ink with the teapot and one of the cups from Cup of Cheer. I accented the teapot with some of the leaves and sprigs included in the set, along with a poinsettia.
The sentiment, also found in Cup of Cheer, was added to the left and accented with additional florals and sprigs for balance of the overall card design.
The strip of red Holiday Plaid paper was the perfect finishing touch since it grounded the images and took on the look of a festive tablecloth. I can image this would look lovely in all kinds of color combinations to make it appropriate for year round use too!
The new Enclosed: Wreath set is just gorgeous, featuring a wrath made of holly. I decided to take it a bit outside of the box and create this pretty garland along the top of the card.
I stamped the wreath in Vintage Jadeite and added the berries in Melon Berry. The bows are from the previously released Deck the Halls set, with just a bit of trimming of the bow tails.
The sentiment, from Joyful Christmas, was stamped in Aqua Mist, being framed by the dangling bows.
A Vintage Jadeite card base helped to add balance to the everything and make the white card front pop a bit more.
This is a more vintage design, inspired by the vintage nature of the new Joyful Christmas set that features these gorgeous bottle brush trees. I decided to mix the trees with the previously released In the Meadow set. I kept it simple and embraced the detail of the images by stamping them in Fresh Snow.
Before the ink on the trees dried, I sprinkled them with Prisma glitter.
A strip of the Holiday Plaid paper added a touch of color and helped to ground all of the images. I also tied a bit of cotton twine around the card base for some texture.
