Our Make It Market Mini Kits are designed for those who love the idea of Betsy Veldman's popular kits, but are a bit more budget conscious. As another perk, these new kits will NOT be limited edition, they will be a regular item carried in our store. These will be released throughout the year randomly, not on a set schedule, so it will be a surprise each month as to whether or not there will be a new one to collect!

Create adorable treats, wraps, cards, and favors with the Holiday Pin-Ups mini kit, designed to turn simple clothespins into an assortment of adorable holiday characters! These cuties are sure to bring a smile to your recipients’ faces -- not to mention yours when you see how quick and easy this kit makes it to create adorable projects. Use the stamps, dies, and papers included in the kit to embellish the included clothespins -- but it doesn’t stop there, because you can use them on holiday cards and tags, too!

Here is a closer look at each of the individual items in this kit!
This stamp set is beautifully illustrated and full of festive holiday details. You will find yourself using these time and time again throughout the season!
- The assembled bodies fit on a clothespin measuring approximately 3/8” wide and 3” high.
- The assembled boy elf head measures 1” wide and 1” high.
- The assembled reindeer head measures just under 1” wide and 1” high.
- The assembled snowman head with scarf measures just under ¾” wide and 1 ½” high.
- The “sweet holiday treats” sentiment measures just over 1 ¼” wide and ¾” high.
- The coffee mug measures ¼” wide and 3/8” high.
There are dies to coordinate with most of the stamp images included above.
Many of the dies also coordinate with images found on the papers. Betsy included outlines on the sheets so you can easily place the dies on top and run through your die-cutting machine for perfect cuts every time.
To go along with her stamp set and dies, Betsy has designed a paper collection that draws from the images found in the stamp set. The detail is just breathtaking in person! The Holiday Pin-Ups paper collection contains 8 (4-1/4" x 5-1/2") sheets, 1 sheet each of 8 designs and it is printed on our signature white linen paper.
Coordinates with the following colors - Pure Poppy, New Leaf, Tropical Teal, Dark Chocolate, Summer Sunrise, Fine Linen, True Black.
A total of eighteen glassine treat bags are included in this kit, featuring a variety of festive patterns and colors. There are two bags in each of the nine patterns. They measure about 5" x 7" each.
You also get 2 yards of this fabulous green & red baker's twine! It adds such a great finishing touch to holiday projects!

Petite Places: Holiday Lane is the latest addition to the Petite Places collection, a series of stamps and dies that will allow you to create your own miniature scenes. Use the Holiday Lane set to create a wintery North Pole scene, complete with Santa’ s workshop, elves, and eight tiny reindeer. Or turn it into a sweet gingerbread house, complete with candy cane fences, gingerbread man, and a candy cane arch. These tiny scenes are sized to fit inside the Clear Tag Domes/Ornaments. The house front can be used alone for flat projects like cards and tags, or it can be used with the dimensional house die to create adorable 3D scenes inside ornaments and globes. The Petite Places: Holiday Lane stamps and dies coordinate perfectly with the various dies in the Scene It collection.

- Petite Places: Holiday Lane will be available for purchase on October 15th.
- It will retail for $15.
- Petite Places: Holiday Lane contains a total of 33 images. The house front measures just over 1 1/8” wide and 1 1/8” high. Santa’s sleigh and reindeer measure just under 2” wide and 3/8” high. The larger tree measures 5/8” wide and 7/8” high. The “wishing you a sweet holiday” sentiment measures 1” wide and 7/8” high.
- A coordinating die/collection will be available for sale separately, retailing for $13. This collection includes a set of 23 dies. assembled building 1-1/8" wide x 3/4" deep x 1-1/8" tall, santa sleigh 2" x 3/8", large tree 1" x 3/4"

Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
I don't know about your house, but here the Elf on the Shelf is a *big deal*. So I thought it would be fun to use the new little elf included in the Holiday Pin-Ups kit to create an Elf Mail ensemble!
I designed these postcards that could be left throughout the month of December with notes from our elf. I was able to create an entire North Pole scene by using the elements in the Petite Places: Holiday Lane set. I also added the air mail arrow from Postmarks. Note that the focal point layer was adhered to our new Pure Poppy + White Basics diagonal stripe paper for that perfect postcard look.
I accented the back with some additional stamps from Postmarks, leaving plenty of room for a note.
This little clothespin elf is the perfect thing to hold the postcards to the fridge when they arrive. A little piece of magnetic tape on the back did just the trick!
