Here are some additional details about each of the fabulous products individually!
The Nostalgic Notions stamp set is filled with images inspired by fabrics and linens popular in the 1940s. There are lots of layering and pattern building options in this set which includes several multi-step florals, a large scalloped frame which layers nicely over a standard A2 card base, a fun graphic corner element, a pretty scalloped border, and several mix and match sentiments.

The coordinating dies for the main stamp set make the images that much more versatile! The large scalloped rectangle will definitely get a lot of mileage as well! Such a wonderful basics. Here are some basic measurements for your reference:

The little elements in this set coordinate with the Button dies in the kit and allow you to add colorful details to the diecut buttons, much like those from the 40s and 50s. Just imagine how fun it will be to cut the buttons from coaster board for extra dimension or even add glossy accents for a realistic shine!
Not only can you use the stamps above with these dies, there are also sheets of pre-printed buttons that coordinate with them. Each button die has a little “guide” on the backing of the die which can be lined up with printed guides on the papers, making it easy to get perfect cuts.

Besides the gorgeous patterns, the collection even includes 6 pages (2 designs, 3 sheets each) of pre-printed elements that can be used with the coordinating buttons dies and scalloped border die!
Here are a few details about the Nostalgic Notions paper collection...
- The papers measure 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
- There are 36 sheets included, 3 sheets each of 12 designs.
- This is printed on a very high quality white linen cardstock.
- 6 of the pages feature pre-printed elements that coordinate with the button and scalloped border dies also included in the kit.
- The gorgeous colors used in this collection are Tropical Teal, Aqua Mist, Summer Sunrise, Harvest Gold, Enchanted Evening, Blueberry Sky, Spring Rain, Hibiscus Burst and Pure Poppy.
Letter writing was a huge aspect of life during the 1940s with so many loved ones separated due to the war. The kit includes some papers that can be trimmed and scored/folded to create pretty airmail style envelopes. Just cut them out and score on the designated lines.
These Fold & Go Airmail Envelope Sheets are printed on the same high quality linen cardstock as our other patterned papers!
The kit includes a total of 12 Fold & Go Airmail Envelope sheets:

These paper lace strips are reminiscent of the papers that ladies trimmed their kitchen cupboards with during the 1940s era. They are made from thin paper similar to the paper doilies you can find at the store nowadays. The delicate and intricate details are the perfect finishing touch for any project. In the kit you will receive two of these white paper strips, each one measuring 3" wide and about 39" long. This gives you just shy of 6-1/2 feet of trim to play with!
This printed bias tape with a real crochet edge detail is just the perfect thing to bring a 1940s touch to your projects. The fabric is printed with a pretty floral in blues, greens and reds. You will receive a full yard of this trim, measuring 5/8" wide.
These sweet resin buttons are similar to embellishments you would find on a variety of items back in the day. The pretty aqua color is the perfect complement to the other elements of this vintage-styled kit. Three of these bows are included, each measuring about 1" x 3/4".
There is a second style of bias tape with crochet edge included in the kit, this one a beautiful, vibrant red polka dot! One yard of this is included as well, measuring the same 5/8" wide.
This sweet little 1940s style button collection is assembled just for you by Betsy! The colors are the perfect thing to be used along with the pretty papers. The different styles are truly unique and will be a great thing to have in your paper crafting collection! The collection includes a total of 15 buttons (3 each of 5 colors), each averaging about 1/2" in diameter.
Something about these charming mulberry flowers just makes you smile. The detail and colors are a great addition to this kit. Each individual flower measures about 1/2" in diameter. The colors are in bouquets of 5 flowers each. Here is an overview of how many of each color your receive.
