To go along with the Love You to Pieces: Fox stamp set, Betsy has designed a collection of papers that make it easy to create envelope wraps for your completed coaster cards. Each sheet makes one envelope wrap with just a few snips and folds. These can be used along with the Envelope Zipper die to provide a clever way for the recipient to open the envelope! These papers can also be cut up and used as you would regular patterned paper options!

The coordinating paper pads for the Love You to Pieces collections only need a few folds and a single cut with this new Envelope Zipper die to make an easy wrap for a Love You to Pieces interactive coaster card. Not ot mention you can also use it for other projects not using these paper pads! It is a great basic to have on hand!

Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!
I thought it would be fun to let Hannah help design and create the valentines for her classmates and this is what we came up with together. She is just crazy about the way they turned out and can't wait to hand them out to all of her friends! Note the envelope wrap in the background of the above photo. This is the "back" of it that uses the Envelope Zipper die for opening. It is embellished with a few stamps from the coordinating set.
When the zipper is pulled up on the envelope, it looks something like this, with the coaster tucking neatly inside. It is so easy to die-cut the coaster since the backer plate for the die is the same exact shape and size as the the coasters. All of the pieces stay nicely in place until you pop them out, which makes it a breeze to stamp the coasters after they are die-cut.
This is the "front" of the envelope wrap. This is where we decided to put the to/from images so Hannah could write in the details herself. We also added the smaller fox image and a few hearts. The pattern and color Betsy used on the envelope wraps is SO cute and really leaves very much that needs to be added to give you a finished looking project!
The assembled fox is cute as can be!
Now, don't start thinking that these products are only for valentines! They are wonderful for birthday cards and lots of other occasions too!
By adhering the different layers of the large fox together, you can create a flat version that's perfect for cards. For the tail portion, I just created two little snips to cut it in half along the center back fold. Super easy!
Behind the fox I added a tree and leaves using the previously released Mighty Oak set. I also die-cut and stamped a few flowers from tLove You to Pieces: Fox to scatter around and create a visual triangle.
The sentiment was heat embossed in the upper corner using White Filigree Embossing Powder. Some stitching added with a white gel pen creates a border all the way around the card front.
