One of the truly great joys for paper crafters during the holiday season is putting together coordinated wraps and tags for those we care about most. Betsy's new kit takes this joy to a whole new level with keepsake ornament tags, trendy colors and patterns, gorgeous ribbons and trims, versatile stamps and innovative dies! Create miniature winter wonderlands, layer perfectly planned images to create multi-color tags. Each and every piece of this kit will be used to create masterpieces that will make your recipients smile with joy and wonder!
We are doing soemthing a bit different this time and we will be offering two separate kits, one full of the essential tools (main kit) and one with fun extras (trimmings kit).

The main stamp set included in this kit is one of the most gorgeous holiday tag sets I have ever seen! And just so clever! You are able to stamp the main portion of the tag and then add bits and pieces in multiple colors with additional stamps. Not only can you build "flat" images, you can also use them with the coordinating scenery and house dies to create colorful three-dimensional looks! Which tag image is your favorite? I dare you to pick just one! :)
Here are a few measurement references for you regarding this set...
- The circular tag images each measure 2" in diameter.
- The large banner (3-3/4" x 7/8")
- The small banner (2-1/4" x 1/2")

In addition to the main stamp set, there is also a sweet little "sprigs" set that has a few images that tuck in nicely to one of the tags in the main stamp set. You can also use them to build your own wreaths and gorgeous holiday accents!

The basic die set contains coordinating dies for all the little bits and pieces in the set, along with some extra large tag dies and a plain scalloped circle that can be used as a "backer" for the scenery dies and clear tag domes.
- The scalloped circle measures 3-1/4"
- The smaller tag included in A measures 2-5/8" x 2-3/8". This coordinates with the circular tag images included in the main stamp set.
- The large tag included in B cuts slots at the top and bottom (or sides depending on how you orient it!) that measure a little over 1-1/2" to accomodate wide ribbon. It coordinates with the scenery dies. It measures 4" x 3-3/8".
These scenery dies are just STUNNING!!! The beauty of these is that you can use each of them separately or you can stack them together with a bit of foam tape in between the layers to create a three-dimensional scene. With coordinating stamps, you have the option to go for a monochromatic look and leave them plain, or jazz them up with lots of fun colors! The sky is truly the limit!
Oh, by the way, just to tempt you a bit more, these scenery dies PERFECTLY coordinate with the Shaker Shapes: Snow Globe die collection. :)
- The tree scene A measures 3" x 3".

The scenery dies coordinate with the clear tag domes, so you can even create miniature *snow globe* tags! Just wait until you see all the projects that Betsy has up her sleeves!
So now onto those clear tag domes! These are the coolest things ever and offer you an inexpensive and fun way to create keepsake ornaments tags for all of your holiday gifts! Two halves can be snapped together to form a complete ornament globe, or you can use the halves alone as a dome like many of the team members did. Just back the half with the large scalloped circle die included in the basics die collection above.
These are made out of a high quanity, crystal clear plastic and they are pretty sturdy too. Once you start playing with them, you aren't going to want to stop!
- The clear tag domes measure about 3" in diameter.
- You recieve 6 halves in your kit (3 whole ornaments).
- Both "halves" of an ornament have a tab with a hole at the top for easy hanging. They can easily be snipped off if you wish.
- Additional sets of 6 halves will be available for sale separately for $4, the same night the kit is released and forward.

You can't make magical winter wonderland scenes without a little faux snow! The main kit includes a large 24 gram jar of the sparkly stuff to fill your clear tag domes with! Additional jars of faux snow will be available for sale separately in the store beginning the night of the kit release and forward, for $5 each.
Betsy has only selected the absolute BEST for this kit, so she selected a high quality linen paper for her bright and colorful patterned paper collection to be printed on! This is the same stock that our Monthly Moments paper pads are printed on, so you know this will be great too!
Besides the festive patterns, the pad even includes four pages of pre-printed tags. These tags are designed just slightly larger than coordinating dies in the kit, so you can place the die over the printed image and easily line it up and run it through your machine.
Don't you just love these chalkboard looking tags? So gorgeous! And talk about quick and easy!
Here are a few details about the Tinsel & Tags paper pad...
- The pad measures 8-1/2" x 11"
- There are 18 sheets included, 2 sheets each of 9 designs.
- This is printed on a very high quality white linen cardstock.
- 4 of the pages feature pre-printed tags that coordinate with the tag dies also included in the kit. They feature a total of 30 tags!
- The colors used in this collection are Classic Kraft, Aqua Mist, Pinefeather, Berry Sorbet, Soft Stone, Pure Poppy, RipeAvocado, Sweet Blush, Smokey Shadow and Ocean Tides.
- This paper pad includes our signature wrap around cover for easy storage and reference.

The following items are included in the separate Tinsel & Tags Trimmings Kit.
The trimmings kit includes this adorable little house die that quickly folds into a three-dimensional house. It has coordinating stamps in the stamp set from the main kit so you can embellish it if you wish!
The little house tuck perfectly into the clear tag domes when they are used backside down! Aren't they just the sweetest!!!
- The assembled house measure 1-1/8" tall and 7/8" wide.
- A bit of 1/8" Scor-tape is all you need for assembly
Here is short tutorial from Betsy on how to assemble the Holiday House die and some tips on how to use it!
A collection of six miniature sisal trees is also included in the trimmings kit. Four green and two cream. the trees average in height between 1-5/8" and 1-1/8" tall. each tree has a wooden base making it easy to adhere it into place. These will work well inside the clear tag domes too!
Check out these miniature deer you can add to your winter scenes! Each of these are hand-painted and made our of a solid resin. They are teeny-tiny, comin in at 1/2" tall and 1/2" long. They are the perfect little touch to the tags, especially when they are nestled in the snow! You get four deer total in the trimmings kit, so you won't feel the need to hoard them!
It's always nice to have fun ways to attach your tags to your gifts and these clothespins are just the thing! A little larger than your standard mini clothespin, these measure 1-7/8" tall. You can paint them, stamp them or even alter them with patterned paper! Twelve total are included in the trimmings kit!
Betsy searched high and low for some gorgeous wide ribbon for you to use on your gifts this year! You won't believe the quality of this striped cotton! Measuring 1-1/2" wide so it will be perfect to use with the slider tag included in the main kit. You get FIVE yards, which may be divided into 1 yard increments. Once you see this in person, you will fall in love!!!
This shiny satin scalloped border is self-adhesive with a peel and stick paper backing to remove. It is just the thing to add around the bottom edge of your clear tag domes! You get a full yeard of this in the kit, so you can apply it to a few different tags! It's the prettiest aqua color, which complements the papers so well!
This had to be included because it is the kits namesake! Silver tinsel trim is another great addition to the top of a tag or around the base of the clear tag domes. It just has such a festive feel to it! You will receive a full yard of this in the trimmings kit as well.
Another detailed trim perfect for the bottom edge of your clear tag domes or any other application you can dream up! This black and white ribbon remains dainty with the tiny accents incorporated into it. A full yard is also included in the trimmings kit.
And how about this artificial evergreen garland? Isn't it amazing! It is wired so you can configure it however you wish! Another great accent for the bottom edge of your clear tag domes, something unique to thread through your tag holes, and so much more! With 5-feet included in the trimmings kit, you'll be able to have all kinds of fun with it!
Last but not least, these candy cane striped twist ties are the perfect thing to finish off a tag! They add a punch of color and with their wired centers, they are easy to position in a variety of ways! You get 24 of them in your kit, so the creative possibilities are endless!
Now that we have gone over all of the wonderful things included in the Tinsel & Tags Kits, let's get to all of the details...
- The Tinsel & Tags Kits will be available for sale on October 1st at 10pm EST at Papertrey Ink.
- We have a limited quantity of kits available.
- If a kit sells out of its original inventory within the first 24 hours, we will make additional kits available as pre-order items for a publicized length of time. Customers should know that pre-ordered kits could potentially have small product substitutions of equal value. Also, shipping times for the pre-ordered kits can vary greatly depending on the number of pre-orders received and how much inventory vendors have on hand. It can range anywhere from 4-10 weeks. You will be notified via email when your pre-ordered kit has shipped.
The majority of the items in the kits are exclusive to the kits and will never be available for sale separately. This month we offering a few items for sale separately at the same time as the kits so you are better able to prepare for holiday mass-producing. In the future if there is a large demand for some of the expendable supplies, we may potentially carry them in the store, however not gaurenteed.
