The first online Stamp-a-faire event, brought to you by Papertrey Ink, will be happening tomorrow, Saturday July 21st! Below you will find the complete scheduling details and some helpful links as well.
STAMP-A-FAIRE FORUM
Myself along with the Design Team, will be interacting with you all day in the Stamp-a-faire Forum, which can be found HERE. There will be threads started for each challenge and we will be checking out your projects through the InLinkz lists as well! So be sure to stop by and chat for a bit and take the opportunity to ask your favorite designers questions and just get to know them better! This forum will also give you the opportunity to chat wit other stampers worldwide who are participating in this event!
TONIGHT, July 20th 6pm EST- Friday Night Campfire Meet & Greet:
-Meet & greet video with the design team.
-SAF Prep InLinkz List. Customers will be invited to add to an InLinkz List photo or videos of themselves through blogs, Instagram, YouTube or whatever outlet you prefer. You can show off your Stamp-a-faire bags/gear, share a quick photo of your Stamp-a-faire groups that might have gotten together early, where you are in your journey or what you are doing to prepare for the next day etc.
-And don't forget the s'mores!
July 21st OFFICIAL STAMP-A-FAIRE DAY!
All of the challenges provided throughout the day will also have a coordinating InLinkz list for you to share your projects using your favorite photo-hosting site (Flickr, Photobucket, etc), gallery or your blog.
Each list will be open until noon EST Monday, July 23rd, so you will have ample time to particpate and photograph your projects. Winner will be selected from each challenge and announced Monday night!

-Opening day InLinkz List. Provided for everyone to share a photo or video of arriving at their destination, how their day is starting, their set-up, the group of people they have getting together or anything else regarding the kick-off of Stamp-a-faire day!

8am EST: "Knots Badge- Ribbon Techniques Challenge"
10am EST: "Memory Preservation Badge- Mini Book Challenge"
1pm EST: "Craft Conservation Badge- Limited Supply Challenge"
2pm EST: "Friendship Badge- Beaded Friendship Bracelets"
4pm EST: "Rainbow Badge- Tie-Dye Techniques"
6pm EST: "Correspondence Badge- Camp Card Set Challenge"
8pm EST: "DIY Badge- Homemade Embellishments"
9pm EST: "Stamper's First Aid" team projects showcased.
10pm EST: "Closing Ceremony"
-"Stamp-a-faire Farewell" team video presented.
-Farewell InLinkz List. Allowing people to share projects they might of made that did not fit into a challenge or "departure" pics, with groups or individuals holding all of the projects they made that day, etc...
July 23rd noon EST- Challenge Projects Due:
At noon EST on Monday, all of the InLinkz SAF Challenge Lists will be closed and we will no longer be accepting submissions that are eligible for prizes.

Thank You to the Team
The entire Design Team has been working diligently behind the scenes for months to bring together all of the tutorials and videos you will be enjoying during tomorrow's event. I wanted to take a moment to thank them for all of their hard work and dedication in seeing these preparations through. There is already a pretty extensive workload required for our team members with the release schedule each month, so it was an incredible accomplishment to complete all of these extra tasks that coincided with that. Thank you to the entire team!
An Extra Special Thank You
I wanted to add an extra special thank you to the talented Heather Nichols.
She has been a very important part of this year's Stamp-a-faire event, taking on extra work when her time is already spread so thin. Heather designed this year's stylish logo. She designed the embroidered badges that you received in your totes, working diligently with the badge manufacturer to get everything formatted correctly. She designed the Beautiful Beads patterned papers that you will be seeing more of tomorrow. She also designed a special graphic to be used as the intro to all of our exclusive Stamp-a-faire videos. I just wanted to express my gratitude to her and thank her publicly for all she has contributed, because I couldn't have done it without her.
As a reminder to ALL of our customers, Saturday, July 21st also marks the day you can earn the Stamp-a-faire exclusive stamp set, Natural Beauties ($15 value). This stamp set will be available for free on Stamp-a-faire day (July 21st, 2012) to all customers who make a qualifying purchase of $100 or more between 7am EST and 11:30pm EST, limit one per customer. Also note that project samples created with Natural Beauties will be shared throughout Stamp-a-faire day and you can also see several HERE in this post.
