I have some fun variety that I am excited to share with you today!
We've got tulips...
Bold & graphic trees and a new sentiment set that takes versatility to a whole new level!
This month's new addition to the Flower Fusion collection is a fresh & modern take on the classic tulip. Melissa Bickford has done an amazing job with this set and I know you will thoroughly enjoy using it! You will love the options between the three tulips designs as well as the style of the stem.
The details.
- Flower Fusion #11 will be available for sale on December 15th.
- It will retail for $5.
- Flower Fusion #11 includes a total of 8 stamps ( 1 outlined tulip, 1 solid tulip, 1 striped tulip, 1 striped stem, 1 dot trio accent and 3 sentiments)
- A coordintating die will be sold seperately retailing for $3. It will cut a shape to coordinate with the tulip in this set. The die measures 7/8" x 7/8".
Next up is another set by Melissa Bickford, this one is entitled Tree Tops. The set features a modern take on a tree, giving you five different pattern option for the tree top (hence the name of the set). The coordinating die allows you to layer the tree on top of backgrounds, beside focal point images and so much more. And the scale of the tree is just perfect for pairing up with so many of our previously released sets!

- Tree Tops contains a total of 13 stamps (5 tree tops, 1 tree trunk, 3 dots and 4 small accent images).
- A coordinating die will be available for sale seperately, retailing for $3. It will cut out a shape to coordinate with a fully assembled tree, measuring 1-1/4" x 2".
Lisa Johnson has prepared something extra special for all of you this month with the release of her new Happy Day set. The premise behind this set is that several different ocassions & holidays are interchangeable within a few different frame designs... essentially being able to fill-in the blank of Happy "xx" Day! Not only is the set itself fantastic and versatile, but the frame shape is definitely a highlight as well and I'm certain you will find yourself using it on many different types of projects!

I have a new die introduction for you today. You've already seen a bit of it used on projects this week and today you get to hear all the details! The new Filigree Border die actually was inspired by a border image in a new set (Love & Marriage, which we will be sharing more about throughout the week). It's beautifully detailed and delcate, but has a touch of clean modern lines to make it versatile for a variety of styles of projects.

- The Filigree Border die measures 1" x 8-1/2", with both ends open so that you can continue to make cuts to create borders as long as you like.
Now onto the projects!
This first card is one of my personal favorites from this release using Happy Day. I created my own custom background with Rosie Posie using Autumn Rose, Spring Moss and Simply Chartreuse inks. To help tone down the pattern and vibrancy of the colors a bit. I added a layer of Polka Dot Basics II using Haystack Palette ink. A bit of Tea Dye Duo is swiped around the outside edges.
I die-cut Vintage Cream cardstock with the Happy Day frame die and stamped the coordinating image using Autumn Rose ink. The "Mother's" was added in the middle with Simply Chartreuse ink. Either side of the frame is flanked with a leaf from Rosie Posie as well as clusters of Autumn Rose buttons.
A strip of Spring Moss cardstock adds balance and is trimmed with a Filigree Border die-cut in Simply Chartreuse.
This next card is a beautiful way to let someone know you are thinking of them during the Thanksgiving season.
I die-cut the In the Meadow dies with Dark Chocolate cardstock. They were debossed with the Linen & Canvas Impression plate. The trees from Tree Tops were added in Vintage Cream ink. The smalll house detail was just trimmed by hand from bits of scraps I had laying on my desk, nestling it between the trees and behind the rolling hills.
I used the Happy Day frame again, this time cutting off the lower portion of the frame to give it a different look.
The sentiment block is finished off with a few Terracotta Tile buttons & twine.
Next, I have a bright & bold birthday card for you!
I used Edgers #4 to create these scalloped hills cut from New Leaf cardstock. I stamped them with Background Basics: Gingham using New Leaf ink.
The tree trunks were added behind the hills using Canyon Claay ink, while the toppers were added in New Leaf. I stamped the little bird from Tag-its #2 in Hawaiian Shores and trimmed it out by hand, adding it to the top of the tree.
The sentiment (from Happy Day) was added using the coordinating frame and die. "Birthday" was added in Hawaiian Shores ink while "Wishes" was added in New Leaf.
Overall, a quick little card that you can put together in just a matter of minutes!
This card is a fun little way to wish someone a happy Easter.
I stamped the hexagon pattern strip from Rosie Posie on the front & back of this Harvest Gold card base using Summer Sunrise ink.
The Flower Fusion #11 stems are stamped in Spring Moss, the tulips in Summer Sunrise & Lemon Tart. The sentiments from Happy Day are added in Aqua Mist and Smokey Shadow. The Filigree Border die was cut from Aqua Mist and adhered into place.
