Erin's discussion question for next podcast:
One of the things I love about having and building a stamp collection is the fun combinations I can find between stamp sets. Let me think of an example.
Off the top of my head because I just made it, I teamed up some of the rounded rectangle stamps from Maile's Modern Basics with a whale sentiment from Dawn's new release this month. Two rounded rectangles from Modern Basics look like a stylish rendering of a whale tale, so the two worked together. You'll see my card here on the countdown very soon.
For another example, the Take Three Series and one of the Fillable Frames dies---the stamp fits nicely in the frame. These are just seredipitious discoveries on the part of the stampers. The stamps weren't made to go together. And it is like hitting the jackpot when you find two things that work together well.
In your experience, what has given you a creative thrill of discovery when you have put two or more stamps together. Give me examples! Not only do I want to hear them, other people will be rushing to their stamp drawers to try them out themselves.
