As tradition holds, I have enjoyed a nice cozy morning with a hot cup of tea perusing the team's projects using the latest sets. I thought I would pop in this morning and share some of my very favorites with you!
Betsy Veldman made this amazing Year of Flowers: Poinsettias project. I loved the background she was able to create paired with the blanket stitching around the perimeter. The special postmark cancellation image (from 2010 Holiday Tags) was the perfect finishing touch!
Dawn McVey created this happy little card using Little Bitty Bird. (This set will be available for purchase soon! You can read more about the delay HERE.) I loved the way she created the multi-colored background with the border stamp! Such a festive color scheme!
Debbie Olson showcased Make a Wish & Additions is this amazing card. Her color scheme is right on and I love the way she was able to "nest" the gift in the blank space next to the large loop of the "b". Her use of Fillable Frames #11 here is fabulous as well!
Erin Lincoln made this beautiful card by pairing up Love Birds and Banner Builder. I love the little heart-shaped banners and the way she layered the two sizes of bird cages. So fun!
Heather Nichols created this dramatic Year of Flowers: Poinsettias card. The layering and coloring alone are enough to steal the show, but the supporting role the Background Basics: Sheet Music strip plays is in perfect balance!
Jessica Witty showcased Little Bitty Bird paired up with Background Basics: Sheet Music. I love how she used a contrasting patterned paper for just the wing of the bird and you just can't beat the way she made the music flow from the bird's beak. Truly genius!
Lisa Johnson made Background Basics: Sheet Music appear to be a birthday tune on this project that showcases Make a Wish & Additions. I love the way she layered the gifts up the side of the project. It looks so festive! The sentiment framed with Fillable Frames #11 is the perfect complement as well!
Maile Belles created this amazing clean & simple card with Love Birds. I love the birdcages stamped to cover the entire card front along with the drama of the single birdcage in a contrasting color. So appropriate for the sentiment!
Melissa Phillips showcased Love Lives Here with this special heartfelt project. The little house paired with the small clump of grass and flower from the set work together to build the most adorable little scene. And who wouldn't love such a wonderful sentiment?
Michelle Wooderson made the house from Love Lives Here into a little bird house paired up with the bird from Little Bitty Bird. I love how the two go together so well here. The separate words in the sentiment cut out like this is also such a fun touch.
Niki Estes created this fun little treat wrap using elements from 2010 Love Tags paired up with the new Favor It Box 3 die. This little tag is so sweet and would be perfect for other occasions just by swapping out the sentiment!
I hope you enjoyed all of this creative goodness from the team! Harness some of these ideas and go stamp something beautiful today! :)
