Tiffany Pastor brings a very unique style to the Papertrey collection of products that we are excited to be able to offer to all of you! Her first set debuting with us this month is entitled Fall Elegance. It is a wonderful demonstration of Tiffany's rustic-flourish style containing pumpkin, leaves and swirls that allow you to build beautiful autumn displays. Many of the sentiments are geared towards the celebration of Thanksgiving and all of the blessings we are reminded of during this comforting time of year!
The details.
- Fall Elegance will be available for purchase on August 15th.
- It will retail for $24.
- Fall Elegance contains a total of 28 stamps; 16 images and 12 sentiments.
This is one of my favorite cards that I created with Fall Elegance. It pairs one of Tiffany's whimsical sentiments with some of our new Autumn Abundance patterned paper. Isn't it all of the distressing & detail stunning! This is definitely my favorite patterned paper to date!
This particular sentiment from Tiffany's set is arranged around a sweet little flourish, all in one stamp. The image is the perfect invitation to add small clusters of leaves, flowers, buttons or even rhinestones! I also love all of the different types & styles of small leaves that Tiffany included in the set. Their smaller scale makes it SO incredibly fun to create & build your own accents & embellishments. On this project, I decided to stamp the leaves in Spring Moss ink, cut them out and arrange them in a small grouping to accent the end of the flourish. To balance everything out, I added another cluster towards the right. Summer Sunrise buttons and a little Rustic Jute Button Twine finished it off nicely.

This card is a bit more clean & modern in style. I love how super simple the layout is. This is a long skinny card, measuring 7 inches in length. I debossed the dark chocolate area with a QuicKutz Diamonds & Dots Embossing folder. The focal point strip is raised with foam dimensionals to help add some texture.
This is one of my favorite leaf images from the set. This little maple showcases one of Tiffany's signature flourishes. Don't you just love that?!?!? It adds such style to an otherwise basic silhouette! The leaves are stamped in Orange Zest, Pure Poppy and Summer Sunrise inks. To add a bit of interest, I rotated the center leaf 180 degrees. It's always fun to throw in a little something unexpected like that!
I love the fonts Tiffany selected for this set. They really coordinate with just about any style you are looking to create. This sentiment in particular is such a great size for tags. I stamped it in Dark Chocolate ink onto a strip of Vintage Cream cardstock, followed by a bit of Rustic Jute Button Twine wrapped around it a few times. I used some polka-dotted paper that can be found in the new Autumn Abundance collection. If you look really closely you can see the slight antique crackling effect that it has. I love that! I emphasized this antique look by lightly brushing the edges of the paper with our Vintage Tea Dye Duo.

This is a more rustic sample, using the basics of kraft & cream. I love this layout to and will definitely be using it again! The color scheme and design could easily be adapted for favors & placecards for your holiday table this Thanksgiving too!
This swirly border is FABULOUS and can be used in SO many ways! Here I have heat embossed it with Clear Filigree Embossing Powder. I like doing that because the color remains subtle without being too overpowering, while the texture of the embossing helps to give it a bit more definition so it doesn't get *lost*. I used my pinking shears to trim both ends of the cream pumpkin block. A bit of random stitching on each end with my sewing machine added some fun detail.
Doesn't that pumpkin just make you want to swoon! I love, LOVE, love the flourishes added to it! And there is actually TWO pumpkins in Fall Elegance! This taller version along with a shorter stouter version (you can see them used together on Debbie's project today). The sentiment is from the new 2009 Autumn Tags set. It is stamped with True Black ink. And I can't forget the buttons! Ripe Avocado Vintage buttons were added in a small cluster, held in place with glue dots.
