Another monthly Guest Star Stamper contest has come to a close and I am proud to introduce you to all of the winners! As usual, there were SO many great entries, I also picked three of my favorites to be included in the Top Trio for each category! I hope you enjoy the following projects as much as I did and gain inspiration to pull out some paper & ink today and get started!
Natasha Trupp cleverly layered a strip of ribbon under some buttons that had been strung together on a piece of string. I loved the clean look of this type of border accent and am anxious to try it myself! Not to mention that the card itself is a fabulous use of Vintage Picnic!
Kara Vrabel drew the cutest ever "speech balloon" for the sentiment on her chick card. I loved the clean lines of the project along with that clever little touch!
Beth Wilson used bitty red buttons to represent berries on this wreath from Rustic Branches. What a great holiday card.
Kelley Eubanks used a flourish from Fancy Flourishes as a fun tail for this bird she created. I loved the cleverness of re-purposing the image like this. So fun!
Amy Wanford decided to play on words a bit and allow the recipient of this fun card find some money under the couch cushions, literally! The throw pillow tab can be pulled on to reveal money hidden inside. What a great way to give cash to teens and other recipients! The overall color scheme and card design are fabulous as well!
Ms. Aaron Brown used On My Couch to decorate a jar containing some special soup that is perfect as a get well soon gift. I love the concept and the design!
Julie Cameron kept it simple and used a bit of an unconventional color scheme when compared to other couch projects. I loved the soft pink & gray together. Using the sentiment from Boards & Beams was a wonderful touch as well!
Ilina Crouse combined several scales of polka dots on her project in a fun way. The bold black & red color scheme was fantastic too!
Katarina Menzies has coloring skills that practically made these In Bloom floral accents come to life. She kept the layout simple so the flowers could be center stage. I love everything about the project from the colors, to the small tag with pearl accents, to the subtle embossing in the background. Just a beautiful project.
Kristin Bueter used Wishing You to create this pretty birthday card for Mom. The color scheme is stunning and I love the layout. Her unique matting also caught my eye.
Michelle Phillipi stamped her project using Cupcake Collection. I loved the addition of lace in the background. It brought an otherwise modern looking image into another realm all together. The color scheme is fun & fresh too!
Sarah Martina hit it out of the park with her use of In Bloom. The "color pop" of the brightly colored flowers on the black background is superb. I also love the stitching she deid to create the illusion of a mat around the flowers.
Alyssa Scritchfield put her Copics to work as she colored the Friends 'Til the End blooms for this version of From the Desk of. I loved the bold contrast of the green leaves and pink flowers. The shading was impeccable and really brought the flowers to life. Creating coordinating contents for the template really brought the entire package to the next level. I am certain that the recipient was thrilled to receive this as a gift!!!
Kristy Vernon used Milk Made and In Bloom to create this beautiful gift set. The Enchanted Evening and Raspberry Fizz color combo are AMAZING! Can't wait to try that one myself!
Tara used Ready, Set, Wrap as the basis for her design. A few touches of patterned paper and some scraps of ribbon make this a super simple project to recreate.
Terri Moore used the adorable Bun in the Oven template to house a cute knitted cupcake. What a fun way to present such an adorable gift!
