If you take a look at the world around you, pom-poms in all different shapes, sizes and textures are becoming so prominent!
You can find them in fashion, on dresses and scarves...
and home decor in the form of trim for pillows and coverlets.
Of course, they can also be found in the crafting world! I found these adorable pom pom animals you can create with Martha Stewart HERE.
Just in time for spring, pom-pom chicks to add to a pretty spring basket of daffodils.
Pom-poms don't need to just be made from yarn or string, you can use tissue paper too. Wouldn't THESE make fabulous party decor, especially if the tissue was stamped with Polka Dot Basics first!
I thought I would challenge our design team gals to see how they could adapt pom-poms to their paper crafting! You just HAVE to check out their results!!!
I hope all of their efforts inspire you to experiment with pom-poms yourself! They add so much whimsy and texture to a project, you never know, it may be a supply you start reaching for on a regular basis! Happy stamping!
